Postal Service

As everyone knows, the postal service is not as reliable as it once was. We took the bills to the local post office on Monday, March 3 to be distributed to our customers. First class mail is supposed to be delivered within 1 to 5 days.

After receiving many calls regarding customers not receiving the bills, we called the local post office on March 12 and was told the local office would make some calls as to what was going on. 

The bills were sent to Warrenton, from St. Louis, on March 14, 2025. Apparently, the bin sat in St Louis 11 days before coming back out here to be delivered.

This is a very frustrating situation, but we will deal with it as best we can.
